How do I get help running a validator node?
We have a very active community of validators on our Discord server. This is the best place to get technical support and ask questions.
What is a validator?
Validators form the backbone of RENEC Blockchain. By processing transactions and participating in consensus, each validator helps make RENEC the most high-performance blockchain.
Who can run a validator node?
Anyone! You can join by 2 options:
- The Foundation Delegation Program
- The Individual Validator Program
Why should I run a validator node?
Validators can earn RENEC for helping secure the RENEC Blockchain. Validators also help increase censorship resistance on the network by increasing decentralization.
What’s the Foundation Delegation program?
It’s a RENEC Foundation program to incentivize new validators to the network. Participants must meet the set of criteria set forth by the RENEC Foundation. Read more about it here.
For those who do not meet the above set of criteria, they can choose to run a validator node themselves as individuals.

Participate in the Delegation Program with a specific set of criteria to become a delegator of RENEC Blockchain and receive a baseline delegation of 150,000 RENEC
